How long does the application process take?
After submitting your application, we’ll perform a quick verification of your business information and setup your reseller account. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email containing your username and a link to set your password. You can then begin ordering products at wholesale cost.
(If you are a current customer, your existing account will simply be upgraded to reseller status.)
What kind of discount do resellers receive?
Retail partners receive a 50% discount and free shipping on all wholesale orders.
Am I required to sign any type of contract?
No. We simply require that you read and abide by the terms and conditions specified in our Reseller Agreement.
How do I place orders?
All orders, both retail and wholesale, are placed online through this website. You may also call 1-844-GET-STAG (438-7824) to place an order.
Is there a minimum order I have to place?
Yes. We require a $50 minimum order on wholesale purchases. Shipping is included at no additional charge.
How fast do you fill orders?
Orders are often shipped the same day, or next day at the latest. Shipping times will vary based upon your geographical location.
Do you offer some type of starter kit for new resellers?
Yes. Once logged in to our website as a reseller, you can view the various starter kits we offer to help get you up and running quickly. (Resellers are not required to purchase a starter kit.)
Do you provide any promotional materials?
Yes. Once logged in to our website as a reseller, you will see additional links where you can access marketing materials, apparel, and promotional accessories, as well as logo graphics you may download for print and digital use.
How much do I charge for products?
You may resell our products at whatever price you choose. However, we recommend setting your price point at or around the same retail price we do.
Do I need any type of reseller permit?
Please check your respective state and local laws to determine if and what type of sales permit and/or tax certificate you may need to sell/resell products.
What are your best-selling products and scents?
This is a complicated question to answer, because many factors go into which products sell the most, where, and when. All of our products are great sellers. The most commonly-known beard care products are beard oil and beard balm, but our beard butter is also a top-seller, as is our beard wash and growth supplement. As for our shaving products, customers most-commonly buy these items in a 3-piece set that includes a pre-shave oil, shaving cream, and after-shave lotion. However, they are sold separately just as often. Remember that your location, price point, and potential customer base will determine which types of products and/or scents sell the best. Some customers prefer more-traditional scents, like saw mill, barber shop, and tobacco leaf, while other customers prefer cologne-type scents like log cabin, night owl, and gun powder. But again, this can vary. We suggest figuring out which products and scents work best for you and your potential customer base.
