What makes STAG products the best?
We founded STAG with one purpose — craft the finest men’s grooming products, using nothing but the highest quality ingredients. Whether it’s beard, shaving, or hair care, you can trust you’re purchasing products made with passion, quality, and pride.
We get asked a lot, “What sets STAG apart from the competition?” The answer to that question is two-fold.
- One, we only use the best ingredients when manufacturing our products. While many companies use inexpensive carrier oils and base butters to maximize profits, we source our ingredients only from reputable suppliers and make the additional investment in higher-quality oils that are usually found only in high-end grooming products. We don’t however pass the additional manufacturing costs on to our customers. Our product price points are comparable and often much less expensive than our competitors. We also use no harsh chemicals or preservatives which are commonly found in mass-produced products found on retail shelves.
- Two, our products come in unique, irresistible scents that you won’t find anywhere else. We invite you to review our customer feedback and you’ll notice that one of the most common forms of praise we receive is in regards to how amazing our products smell.

Transparency is extremely important to us and so is using all-natural ingredients that are both safe and beneficial to our customers. We do not put anything in our products that we would not put on our own skin, and yes, all of us here at STAG proudly use our products. We’ve created an Ingredients page so that you can learn more about each of the ingredients that go into making STAG a truly premium brand.
How do I check my order status?
The first time you place an order, you’ll be prompted to setup a STAG account. (This involves no additional steps in the order process other than providing your email address and choosing a password.) By setting up an account, you can view your current order status and access your previous orders.
Can I cancel my order and/or get a refund?
Customers may cancel their order prior to it being shipped. If your order status shows “Processing”, then you may still cancel the order. However, once your order shows “Shipped”, the order can no longer be canceled. Please see our Terms of Use for more information on order cancellation and refunds.
